Trust-State Certified is a formal designation indicating that an entity’s trust-state artifacts, authorization evidence, and credential-state controls have been evaluated against the Trust-State Certification requirements and found to be conformant at the time of assessment. Certified parties are authorized to display the Trust-State Certification Mark subject to ongoing compliance.
Certification Levels

Level 1 — Conformant
Baseline conformance demonstrating correct trust-state transitions, credential-state integrity, and minimum required evidence artifacts. -
Level 2 — Continuous
Continuous verification of trust-state changes, authorization correctness at time of action, and monitoring of credential-state drift. -
Level 3 — Enforced
Full enforcement-bound verification where authorization decisions, credential validity, and trust-state transitions are cryptographically verifiable and tamper-evident.
